What are your business hours?

Our Online Store operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our shipping and receiving hours are Monday to Friday from 8 Am to 8 PM PDT.

Can I pay COD?

Sorry, we do not accept COD.

All orders are shipped by Regular Surface Mail ( 7-14 business days).  Express Air Mail and Courier services are available on special request. Just contact us for rates.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours. During peak seasons it may take up to 3 business days to process your order. 

Will you ship to International Locations?

Yes we will ship internationally. Please contact us for rates.

My order was damaged in shipping. What should I do?

Just return the damaged item(s) to us within 30 days from the time you received your purchase and we will replace the item(s) free of charge including shipping.

Can I exchange my gift?

Yes you can. We want you to be 100% satisfied. Simply return your items un-used and in re-sellable condition within 30 days from when you received your purchase and we will exchange it for another item of your choice less shipping costs.

What is your Return Policy?

We will be happy to refund your returns if you send us the items un-used and in re-sellable condition within 30 days after you received your purchase less shipping costs.

How long does your Soap stay Fresh?

Our soaps will keep up to 1 year but are best used within 6 months.

Is this soap safe for babies and people with sensitive skin?

All of our soaps have more beneficial oils than commercial bars.  We suggest you choose a soap that is uncolored if you are worried about allergic reactions.  We use only 100% natural ingredients with no synthetic dyes or preservatives and have had no negative comments from our customers during our 7 years in business.

A message from the founder of  Country Rose Soap Co Ltd.:  "If you have sensitive skin, I suggest you do a "patch" test of the product to determine sensitivity.  I have particularly sensitive skin and started making my own soap because I cannot use commercial brands. All of our products list all ingredients used so that you will know exactly what went into each product."

Are your soaps biodegradable?

Yes, they are completely biodegradable as only natural ingredients are used.

Why is your soap softer than commercial soap?

The glycerin content of handcrafted soap is many times that of commercial soap (handcrafted contains 25% glycerin) and therefore full of moisture for your skin and hair.  Glycerin is soft. If you can make a dent in the edge of a handcrafted bar of soap you know it is rich in glycerin.

How do I make my soap last longer?

Avoid letting water from showerheads stream onto the soap.  Keep dry after use by setting on it's edge or in an elevated soap dish where it can drain.  If you wish to store your soap before you use it, store in a dark, dry place like a linen closet or drawer.
